I opened it and thought "Did they send me a mattress cover?!" lol. After cutting the plastic seal wrapping, it hulked it's way out of the plastic wrap into a huge mattress. I slept like a baby on it the first night. I was expecting a little adjustment from sleeping on a pillow-top for the last few years, but not at all. Purchasing process and delivery was great!
My 19 year old daughter absolutely loves this mattress! She says she sinks into it and it is sooo comfortable! Shes had it about a month now and so far so good!
